Somileste SARL., is a limited liability company established on June 10, 1996, whose corporate purpose is geological and mining activity, namely prospecting, research, surveying, exploitation, and processing of precious, semi-precious, and other mineral resources, as well as their commercialization in Angola and abroad.
The corporate purpose may be complemented by subsidiary activities to be carried out by the company, as well as participation in the share capital of other companies established or to be established, provided it proves useful to the performance of the corporate activities and is approved by the General Assembly.
